This podcast was brought out of the idea that many people get stuck in their own communities where people look and think just like them. We have opportunities to learn from people who are different than us. People who are community and industry leaders. This is Learning From Across the Table.

No, the episodes of Learning From Across the Table are not scripted. While the conversation is guided for the best use of education, the host and guests engage in natural conversations about the topic at hand.

Guests of the show are engaged in a pre podcast call to go over information that we will want to make sure is in the show. Aaron will then send over a group of "base questions" that will start our conversations. A podcast date is set and a typical recording happens in about an hours time. Most episode are then released within the month they are recorded.
